  3. If you live in the Wheaton, Maryland, area, you can volunteer for the project.
    • We need volunteers to drive pregnant mothers to doctor's appointments.
    • We need someone with a pickup truck to occasionally deliver furniture to families being helped.
    • We need women to serve as Angel Friends to pregnant mothers and mothers who have already given birth. This average time commitment is 2 hours per month. We especially need women who can speak both English and Spanish. To volunteer, call the coordinators (Diane and Budne Reinke at 301-946-4815).
